This policy explains what Power House Pressure Washing and Cleaning Solutions, LLC (“Powerhouse”, “we”) collects when you contact us or request a quote, how we use it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, call us on (850) 820-7794 and ask.
When you submit a quote request or contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and any notes about the work. If you call or text us, we hold your phone number and the content of that conversation. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send a quote, schedule and carry out work, invoice you, and follow up afterwards. If you have given consent for promotional messages, we may also let you know about seasonal services or offers.
Our forms ask separately for consent to non-marketing service messages and for promotional messages. Consent to promotional messages is never required in order to get a quote or book work. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, and reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example the platforms we use to receive form submissions, send messages and process payments — and where we are required to by law.
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to service the relationship and to meet tax and insurance obligations, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep a record.
